Being an amazing petrista entails

• Assisting our visitors with their pet-related needs
• Creating and serving beverages
• Maintaining a fun and friendly environment
• The ability to address customer complaints and issues in a professional manner
• Maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
• Engaging with customers
• The ability to earn tips in addition to the hourly salary

Job Requirements:

• Must be able to work weekends and holidays
• Be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong customer management and organisational skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• A love of coffee is a plus
• A love of dogs is a must.. a love of cats as well is even better!
• The ability to make someone smile is essential.
