Hello! 

My name is Lavel, 

Ever since I can remember, I have had a deep connection with animals and have always loved working in the pet industry. I am a retired vet tech, having graduated from BelRae Institute, the top tech school in the U.S. I love being able to bring my experience and knowledge and apply here at Muttigans! 

I have certifications in Pet Nutrition and Parasitology that allows me to help our amazing customers choose the best food as well as flea and tick products for their furbabies. Check out our Zoom talks on our Facebook page where I dive into fleas and ticks and another where I review pet food ingredients to help give our customers a better understanding of what is in their pet’s food! 

I love making lattes and coming up with new flavor combinations . My favorite at the moment is Lavender Chai. 

On my days off, I enjoy spending time with my family and my new granddaughter. When I’m not spending time with my family, you will catch me submerged in my passion as an Herbologist, making facial care products and Teas, Elixirs and Tinctures. I am a spiritual Reiki practitioner and am passionate about doing my part to help preserve nature. I also love making jewelry out of clay and resin and have an online business I hope to grow into a legacy for my grandchildren.
